Pricing questions, answered.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Yes — you add a card at signup so we can charge you automatically at the end of your 14-day free trial. You're not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before day 15 to owe nothing.
- What happens on day 15?
- Your card is charged the first monthly (or yearly) amount for your plan, and your subscription becomes active. If the charge fails, dashboard access is paused until you update your card.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Plan. Limits apply immediately; we don't pro-rate yet.
- Are payment-gateway fees included?
- Payment gateway processing fees (for your customers paying you) are billed by the gateway directly — we don't touch that money and don't mark it up.
- What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?
- We block creating the next location or inviting the next teammate with a friendly upgrade prompt. Existing data stays accessible.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fees, no migration fees, no per-quote fees. Plan price is everything you owe us.
